For me, setting up WordPress is complicated so I paid something (not that much, luckily) to port my site from its previous hosting on TypePad to WordPress. She set up the design and such, I handle all the content.

This may be off-topic, but how about changing the theme every now and then? Maybe not if it won’t look right, but I just get tired of seeing the same thing all the time.
